These terms govern your use of the Carmel Models website and any booking of talent through Carmel Models in the United Arab Emirates. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Carmel Models provides models and influencers exclusively for professional engagements such as photo and video shoots, brand campaigns, events, restaurant and venue openings and product marketing. Any request outside this scope will be declined.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only once Carmel Models issues a written confirmation with agreed fees, dates, location, duration and usage rights.
Fees are quoted per project and depend on duration, number of talent, location and usage. Payment terms are stated in each booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the booking confirmation. Changes requested after confirmation are subject to talent availability.
Clients must provide a safe, respectful and lawful working environment. Talent may leave any engagement where these standards are not met, without refund.
Use of photographs, video or content featuring our talent is limited to the media, territory and period agreed in writing. Additional use requires a separate licence.
All images, text and branding on this website belong to Carmel Models or its talent and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
